Eligibility for Returns 

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will either replace the item at no cost or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping Costs 

·        Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item). 

·        We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.

·        Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days

·        Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or incorrect items.
